improve historic buildings and believe they are vital cultural monuments.

It is our passion. At Daylight Properties, we have extensive experience
in uncovering natural wood, brick, iron columns and old growth timbers.
We offer some of the most affordable housing in the city. Daylight Properties is managed by
its owners, not by a third party management agency. Because of this we can avoid many of the
problems that arise from the disassociation between an owner and tenant.
